Use of this site is governed by these terms.
1. Agreement to terms.
By accessing this site, creating an account, uploading any document to an agent, or otherwise using any feature of Legal Overflow, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. The agents are software, not legal services.
The contract-review agent and citation-verifier agent are software tools that use AI models to draft work product. They are not legal services, and using them does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Blake Beyel, Beyel Brothers Inc., or any other person or entity associated with this site. See the Disclaimer for the full statement.
You are responsible for any use you make of the output. Before sending, signing, filing, or relying on output from this site, you must independently review it and, where appropriate, have it reviewed by a qualified attorney admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Account creation and quotas.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
The site offers a trial that allows up to three (3) contract reviews and three (3) citation verifications per 30-day window. After the trial cap is reached, paid plans (when available) may extend usage. Quota is enforced per account.
4. Acceptable use.
You agree not to:
- Upload material you do not have the right to upload, including third-party confidential or privileged material without the necessary informed consent.
- Attempt to circumvent the quota, paywall, or authentication systems.
- Use the site to develop, train, or benchmark a competing product.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Confidentiality and your professional obligations.
If you are a lawyer or otherwise owe duties of confidentiality, you alone are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site complies with those duties. The site routes uploaded documents through the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy. You must obtain any necessary informed consent from your clients before uploading material that is privileged, confidential, or otherwise protected.
6. Intellectual property.
You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your content only to deliver the service you request and as described in the Privacy Policy.
The site itself — its layout, code, articles, agent prompts, and tracker annotations — is the property of Blake Beyel and Beyel Brothers Inc. unless otherwise noted, and is provided to you under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as intended.
7. AI output limitations.
You acknowledge that AI-generated output may contain errors, including but not limited to: hallucinated case citations, missed material issues, jurisdiction-inappropriate language, and analysis that reads convincingly but is wrong. The output is provided as is and you assume the entire risk of its use.
8. Disclaimer of warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Blake Beyel, Beyel Brothers Inc., or any related person or entity be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of the operator for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator, its officers, employees, and agents, from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
11. Termination.
You may close your account at any time by emailing blake.beyel@beyel.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason in our reasonable discretion.
12. Governing law and venue.
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
13. Changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
